Benefits:
Quick Growth, mostly seedless, airy canopy, yellow fall color, great cold-hardiness, wind tolerant, drought tolerant, soil adaptable, disease and pest concerns are rare.
Drawbacks:
Small litter is more noticeable when planted over pavement or a patio. Some clearance pruning necessary form time to time as lower branches sag.
